The family business has initially been founded in 1882 and has always been specialized in hardwoods. At this moment of time we are concentrating us on Brazilian, Bolivian and a little less on Peruvian hardwoods as well. Moreover we co-produce higher qualities in Siberian Lumber.
Species : We can offer You more than 50 hardwood species and provide You with technical details about these lumbers, issuing such technical leaflets ourselves.

Moisture: We can offer You shipping dry, AD and KD lumber.
In case customer orders KD:
-Order will only be given to those producers, whose technical kilning-equipment has been
approved by us and have proofed their ability to kilndry our timbers.
-All of them have a moisture meter with 45 & 60mm isolated needles.
-Our producers use steam-kilns, which in our opinion is the best for tropical hardwoods.
Machined lumber: Deckings, 1 or both faces profiled for garden-timbers is no problem at all. We can also offer You exterior cladding-boards, profiled scantlings for window-frames as well as Solid Finger-Jointed calibrated windowscantlings under the Dutch Komo-Kvt-certificate.
Legality: We are specialized in FSC certified lumber, and our target is to reach 70% of our sales, but we can also offer non-FSC timbers. Such non-FSC lumber is accompanied by documentation from the country of origin, proofing it’s legality and authorization for exportation, according to the laws of the country concerned.

We invest in knowhow and equipment for our producers. We assist them and participate in the cost of their certification.

Quality : Our parcels are inspected before shipment. Still we prefer to sell FAS/Prime, so practically 4 sides clear of any defects, and allowing no sap nor heart.
